March Madness

It has been awhile since our last post. For the last two weeks the Pierach home has been battling ear infections, nasty colds and crummy flu bugs. Inevitably, the last few weeks we have been home (missing ECFE, music class and our friends!) It may sound relaxing, but staying home when everyone is not feeling well has been quite challenging and exhausting.

This past week things have started to improve and I sense the energy level is gaining momentum. I'm always thinking of ways to keep busy. Wait...let me put that another way - to keep the kids busy. We (their parents) have been plenty busy!!! We have been experiencing a different kind of "March Madness." When spring finally arrives, I'm sure we'll be back to our normal lives again.

We've been doing lots of different art projects. I found this awesome blog - www.notimeforflashcards.com and it has been a great resource for the last six months or so..

My dear Coco, who does not take a nap, has had enough fun today! She surrenders. Meanwhile, Elliot continues to sing and play "peekaboo" without his sister's participation. Mommy just laughs.
